Anna and Rob's Maternity Session

Anna and Rob are expecting their first baby, a little girl!! I am so excited for them. She knew she wanted to document this point in time for the two of them. A new beginning. A life forever changed. And to watch them as I did their portraits in Columbia SC just really warmed my heart. She was telling me that when they set up the crib in the nursery reality of the life changing event set in. It was so cute to listen to them talk of the baby and their plans of being new parents. I can't wait to meet that sweet baby girl next month.

I want to take a moment to introduce me and my work to you with this first blog post. I'm not always good with the written/typed word so bear with me on this.

I have been a photographer for several years and I truly love it. I never knew what true joy was (other than raising my children) until I bought my first camera. The things I love about it is: it allows me to express my creativeness, I'm able to capture time in lives, and sometimes I can make a difference in someone's life.
